Chief Estate All-Galvanized Steel Frame Buildings provide the economical, low maintenance building for the acreage or agricultural market.  Chief Estate Buildings are available in 24 ft, 30 ft, 36 ft, and 42 ft widths with various eave heights for each width.   Selected overhead door framed openings are available for endwalls or sidewalls.

Chief Estate Buildings are engineered to meet IBC 2000 and 2003 building codes carrying a 30 lb. roof snow load and 90 mph wind load.   They are provided with a 3:12 roof pitch with colored 29 gauge 80,000 psi steel roof and wall panels with 26 gauge matching trim accents.  Large gutters and downspouts are standard with the building.  An optional 48 inch wainscot is also available.   Other options and accessories include wall liner, insulation, walk doors, windows, cupolas, vents, skylights, eave lights, and ridge lites.
