Chief Guardian Mini-Storage Buildings
Chief Guardian Mini-Storage Buildings are manufactured to the highest quality
standards to ensure that our customers enjoy the same durability,

name.
Chief Guardian Buildings are available in
widths of 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50 and 55. Eave heights are available in 8-4
and 9-4" with a roof pitch of ½:12. These mini-storage buildings meet 30 lb. roof snow and
90 mph wind loads and can be certified for local codes.
Building design is based around structural transverse and non-structural
longitudinal partitions that are covered on one side with 29 gauge Galvalume corrugated panel.
The exterior roof is constructed of 26 gauge 1-1/8 high rib Galvalume panel and the walls are
constructed of 26 gauge 1-1/8 high rib colored panel.
Color keyed trims, flashings, fasteners (all screw construction), deluxe gable trim gutters and
downspouts are all standard options. Colored 3-8 x 7 and 8-8 x 7 roll-up doors are all
part of the packages. These doors are available for sidewall or endwall installation depending
on the compartment make-up of the building. The 9-4 eave height buildings all include 8 high roll-up doors. All compartments are designed
10 on center with partition walls located at these locations.
Special buildings are available for RV and camper storage as well.
Chief Guardian Mini-Storage Buildings also include anchor bolts, base fasteners, base trim, eave and
wall closures and top door seal. All roll-up doors are shipped direct to your jobsite.
